1. Scope
ARORDEN is an art organization, preservation, documentation and exhibition platform operated by ConectArt. At this stage it does not act as a representing gallery, auction house, sales agent, insurer or physical custodian of artworks.
2. Account and security
Each person must use an authentic identity, retain control of their access and report any unauthorized use. Administrative access exists only through an express invitation, an assigned role and individual acceptance; it cannot be obtained through public registration.
3. Private archive and publishing
Content marked private remains for internal management. Only content that the artist or an authorized person chooses to publish is shown publicly. The user is responsible for the accuracy of records, prices, provenance, rights, certificates and documents they generate.
4. Ownership of the work
The artist retains their rights over works, images and texts. By publishing, they grant ARORDEN a limited, non-exclusive and revocable permission to host, technically adapt and display public versions within the platform and its shared previews.
5. Conduct
Impersonation, unauthorized or unlawful material, harassment, fraud, access violations, malicious code and unauthorized use of other members' data are prohibited.
6. Availability and changes
ARORDEN will seek to maintain service continuity and security, but may perform maintenance, correct errors, suspend features or limit accounts where there is risk, breach or a legal obligation. Material changes to these terms will require renewed acceptance.
7. Liability
The platform supports professional organization and presentation, but does not guarantee sales, open-call selections, representation, material authenticity, valuation or commercial outcomes. Each user must keep independent copies of essential materials.
8. Subscriptions, billing and capacity
Checkout explicitly identifies the payer, assigned capacity, USD price, billing interval, applicable taxes and automatic renewal. The total is shown before payment confirmation. Each unit adds 250 artwork records and 5 GB of storage to its assigned archive or inventory. Originals, derived images, documents and journey photographs use storage; multiple images of one artwork do not create additional artwork records. Expansions activate only after verified payment confirmation. Cancellation stops the next renewal while preserving the paid period. Capacity reductions are reviewed before renewal to avoid exceeding capacity with existing content. Applicable prices and discounts are shown in Plans and checkout; changes are not applied retroactively to a paid period.
9. Support and personalized services
The subscription includes guidance using ARORDEN and resolving access, permissions, upload, publication and billing issues. Fixing platform errors is included. Organizing or importing a full archive on your behalf, classifying inventory, preparing catalogs or texts and extended individual training are personalized services requiring a prior quotation specifying scope, price and dates. No additional paid work begins without express acceptance. Support does not have an individual monthly time allowance.
10. Payment responsibility and transfers
Payment responsibility, artistic ownership and management permissions are independent. An invitation, representation authorization or card update does not change the payer. A transfer requires the new payer's acceptance, a payment method verified by the provider and automatic authorization under administrative rules. Both payers, acceptance, a verified method reference and the effective date are documented. The already paid period remains with the previous payer; the transition becomes effective when the first payment for the new renewal is confirmed. Full card or bank account numbers are not stored in the document.
11. Termination and contact
Users may request closure, access, correction or export through Help. ConectArt may suspend or close an account for breach, risk or legal requirement, while seeking to preserve evidence and offer a review procedure when appropriate.
