Complete your basic details, consult and share the agenda, try fictional examples and ask for help without paying. Real artworks, publishing, certificates, catalogs and application dossiers require an active subscription covering the artist archive. Demonstration examples do not become real records or use paid AI.

Includes the essential tools: private originals and public versions, artwork records, documents, certificates, catalogs, dossiers, artist profile, public page, personal exhibitions and studio management. Publication remains your choice.
Images, documents and journey photographs share the assigned storage. A record counts as one artwork regardless of how many images it contains. Artist archives include one authorized collaborator per assigned unit.
Public text translations are generated once per saved version and reused. Lía offers application analysis with a pilot allowance of 5 attempts per covered artist archive per calendar month (UTC), subject to the platform’s global pilot limit. Manual preparation remains included without AI use. Extra AI allowance is not yet sold; future expansions will require a displayed price and explicit acceptance, with no automatic excess charges.

From four units: 20% off the monthly rate or 15% off the annual rate. Annual billing is one payment for twelve months. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. Volume discounts apply within the same subscription and registered payer.
How units are assigned
- Artist: one unit for their archive; more units expand that same archive.
- Representative: at least one unit per covered artist archive, with the artist’s authorization. Extra units are assigned according to each archive’s needs.
- Gallery: units for its inventory; separately assigned units for any artist archives it pays for. An existing artist subscription can be linked as external coverage without billing it again.
Paying does not grant ownership or additional access. An artwork linked to inventory preserves its original record; the inventory entry uses one inventory slot without copying its image files.
Expansion, renewal and cancellation
Capacity is calculated from the larger requirement: artwork records or storage. Remaining capacity is visible in the archive. New content cannot exceed its assigned capacity. Expansions require verified payment; accepting a calculation alone does not add space.
Subscriptions renew only after express acceptance. Canceling stops the next renewal and preserves the paid period. Reductions and billing-period changes are reviewed before renewal to protect existing content.
Payments remain unavailable until the secure payment connection is verified. Creating a free account does not activate a subscription, start a trial or generate charges.

Your subscription includes help using ARORDEN and resolving platform issues. Access, permissions, uploads, publications, subscription questions and platform error fixes are covered.
If you need our team to organize, enter or prepare your artistic archive for you, you can request a personalized service. Its scope, price and delivery dates are agreed in a quotation that you accept before work begins. No additional charge is made without that agreement.
