Privacy policy

Version 1.0 · August 29, 2026

1. Lía AI assistance

When you explicitly request an application analysis, we send OpenAI the terms you provide, your name, biography, statement, résumé and up to 30 artwork records from the selected archive. This analysis does not send original photographs or contact fields. Responses and usage data are saved for recovery without generating again. You can prepare the application manually without requesting this AI processing.

2. Data controller

ConectArt operates ARORDEN and determines how information required to provide the service is processed. Privacy requests are received through Help and contact.

3. Information collected

We may process a name, email, role, artist-profile information, works, images, documents, projects, professional contacts, access activity, support communications and publishing preferences. We do not request Social Security numbers, banking passwords or medical records.

4. Purposes

We use information to authenticate accounts, organize archives, generate requested documents, display selected public content, manage permissions, answer requests, moderate the community, prevent abuse and improve service stability.

5. Public and private content

Biographies, works and information explicitly published may be viewed and shared by visitors. High-resolution masters, costs, contacts, sketches, documents and other private content must not be served on public pages.

6. Providers and transfers

The infrastructure may use hosting, storage, authentication, email and technical-support providers that process data to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data or authorize its independent use for advertising.

7. Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active or while it is needed for the service, security, legal obligations or dispute resolution. We apply role-based permissions, activity records and access minimization, but no connected system can promise absolute security.

8. Rights

Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of their data. We will verify identity before carrying out requests that affect an account or archive.

9. Children and changes

ARORDEN is intended for adults and is not designed to intentionally collect data from children under 13. Material changes to this policy will be communicated and, when appropriate, will require renewed acceptance.
