1. Purpose
The Open Studio exists to foster collaboration, opportunities, exhibitions, learning and professional growth. It is not designed to measure popularity or turn conversations into indiscriminate advertising.
2. Identity and respect
Each contribution must appear under an authorized artistic or institutional identity. Impersonation, harassment, discrimination, threats, humiliation, disclosure of private data and messages intended to cause harm are prohibited.
3. Shared content
Only owned or authorized content may be shared. Nothing from the private archive is published automatically. Open calls, dates, conditions and organizations must be described honestly and updated when they change.
4. Moderation
Authors may edit or delete their contributions. The authorized team may hide, administratively edit or remove content that breaches these rules, retain internal evidence and restrict accounts. Material decisions must be recorded.
5. Reporting and review
Any member may report a situation through Help. ARORDEN will review context, recurrence and severity, and may request additional information before deciding. An affected person may request review of a measure.
