1. Ownership
Uploading a work does not transfer ownership or copyright to ARORDEN or ConectArt. Default values are: Copyright: Artist; Reproduction rights: Reserved; Digital license: No license, unless the user documents another arrangement.
2. Publishing authorization
Anyone who publishes states that they own or are authorized to use the work, photograph, text and other material. Permission granted to ARORDEN is limited to the hosting, technical adaptation, thumbnails, display and previews required for the selected features.
3. Master files
High-resolution masters are kept as private material and must not be used as public files. ARORDEN generates or serves display versions and thumbnails to reduce exposure and preserve the original file.
4. Reports
A person who believes their rights have been infringed may submit a request through Help identifying the work, its location, ownership, contact details and a good-faith statement. ARORDEN may temporarily remove content while reviewing the request and will allow the affected user to respond.
5. Repeat infringement and DMCA agent
Repeated infringement may result in suspension or closure. Before commercial launch, ConectArt must formally appoint and publish a DMCA notice agent if it wishes to rely on the relevant protections under United States law.
